Fine-Finish Session

Finishing is one aspect of a designers work that takes precision and concentration inorder to achieve the desired look. Our "Fine-Finish Accessory" session is a select class focused on self-taught handmade accessory designers who want to learn how to achieve a flawless finish with accessories. The ultimate goal is to transfer this technique when using wire to make any accessory of choice whether hairvine, headband, haircomb or handmade jewelry.

In this session, you will learn techniques used to conceal an excess wire, achieving a neat wire base for hair-combs, structuring detailed vines on a wire base and more.  For every wire hair accessory the ultimate goal is a perfect fit with no pull on the hair.

DURATION: 3 Days

TIME: 11am - 2pm

MATERIALS : All materials will be made available

WHAT TO EXPECT

Expect a fluid and engaging atmosphere for learning. You will learn the techniques in producing neatly finished headbands, haircombs and hairvines.
