ORDER + PROCESSING TIME

AWO KONADU pieces are designed and handmade in Accra, Ghana. Our processing time for orders are 5-7 working days, orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. 

Deliveries in Ghana, are carried out on Wednesdays and Fridays each week. We do our best to deliver on schedule, however because our products are handmade and made to order, some delays are inevitable. During such instances the Customer Care office at AWO KONADU will keep you updated on the status of your order and answer additional questions you might have with regards to your order shipment. For expedited orders, kindly place order over the phone by calling us on +233207869191 or completing the Place Your Order form on our page. Expedited orders are provided at an additional charge. 

Once your order get processed and sent for delivery, you will receive an email or text notification. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for processing delivery/shipping time, however most customers receive their packages within 6 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Accra, Ghana to international locations using International Courier Services ( DHL, FedEx, UPS ...) . Once packages are in their possession we will not be responsible for delays associated with delivery/shipping.

We entreat our customers to give ample time for delivery due to unexpected delays.

TAXES

Our customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and any associated cost charged when the package arrives in their country. We encourage our customers to contact the local customs office regarding import tax and custom duty charges.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

Our commitment, is to provide you with quality and beautiful accessories however If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return the product to us in its original packaging, unworn and with tags attached within 10 business days of receipt of product for a refund or exchange.

All returns must be in its original packaging, unworn and with the original invoice. Simply email us at hello@awokonadu.com with the reason for the return or exchange before returning the product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges related to the returned product. 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the correct shipping address. Additional charges as a result of changing the location address after item has been shipped will be billed to the customer. Please note that abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. Cost associated with returning unsigned and unreceived packages will be billed to the customer.

Custom orders, sale items and items purchased using promotional code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
